Kolej Hillciti is a regional college that offers quality and affordable programmes in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Early Childhood Education and Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The College opened its doors to the first batch of students in 1999, operating from a temporary campus in Jalan Kampar, Ipoh. Due to its rapid expansion, a new campus with a capacity to accommodate up to 2500 students was built in Pengkalan, Ipoh. With the completion of the current campus (in Pengkalan, Ipoh) in February 2002, the College has carved another milestone as one of the most progressive private colleges in the state of Perak in Malaysia.

Kolej Hillciti is a member of the Morubina Group of Companies, a well-diversified and established Group in Ipoh, Perak, with interests in Education, Hotel and Condominium, Supermarkets, Property Development, Construction, Manufacturing etc.
