FACILITIES
AUDITORIUM

The college has an air-conditioned auditorium with 300 seating capacity. The auditorium is fully equipped with audio-visual facilities for the purpose of lecturing, seminar and workshops.


LECTURE ROOMS
All the lecture rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable and spacious to enable teaching and learning to take place in a conducive environment.

LIBRARY

Located on the first floor,the library provides students with wide selection of books, journal publications and periodical magazines and newspapers. Internet access is also available.


COMPUTER LABORATORIES
The computer laboratories are equipped with Internet access and they are open for students to use during office hours.

TRAINING RESTAURANT

The training restaurant, known as "Diners' Junction", is specially dedicated for students to do their lunch practicals. The setting of this restaurant is based on actual restaurant environment where guests could expect a cosy ambience for dining.


FOOD & BEVERAGE TRAINING CENTRE
The Food & Beverage Training Centre is specially designed to facilitate teaching and learning, and on-the-job training for different type of restaurant services.

TRAINING KITCHEN

The training kitchen is fully equipped with commercial kitchen equipment to enable students to experience comprehensive training. Training in the kitchen is led by a team of experienced chefs.


MOCK-UP ROOM FOR HOUSEKEEPING
The facility provides students with on-the-job training for hotel housekeeping. This room is designed according to the standard hotel rooms .

MOCK FRONT OFFICE

This mock front office resembles the actual front desk of any hotel. Here the students will learn the procedures and policies regarding the job at the front desk of a hotel. This room is equiped with a front office computer system for chek-in and check-out.


SEMINAR ROOM
The seminar room is opened for students to do their presentations or to conduct any workshops.
